Dear UUP represented employees,
Attached are updated instructions for LiveHealth Online. The instructions for the mental health scheduling have changed. Enrollees will have to enter a credit card when they schedule.
The card will be charged $25 if the member does not cancel the appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period. The coupon code will be used as payment when the appointment is actually ready to start.
