As you are aware, the most recent update to the Contract Negotiations have identified that the State is currently proposing annual salary increases that do not even meet the rate of inflation!
UUP Chief Contract Negotiator Bret Benjamin will be at the UUP Buffalo Center Contract Open Forum Meeting scheduled for next week Tuesday April 11th between 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. (Student Union Room 145A). He is scheduled to speak to the status of current contract negotiations briefly at 8:10 a.m..
This is an In-Person, Members Only, Open Forum Event, where Members will be able to stop by anytime during these hours, stay as little or as long as you like; and meet and speak with Bret to express your support and concerns on the current status of Contract Negotiations while also learning about specific opportunities for your needed participation into upcoming potential Action Plans.
