This is a reminder that our final contract informational sessions are taking place this week. Please avoid waiting until just a few minutes before the start time to register — doing so ensures you receive the Zoom link in time to join the meeting without delay.

UUP Central has also informed us that ratification postcards for eligible voters (those on payroll before June 4, 2026) will be mailed to your homes this week. Each postcard is member‑specific and includes an individualized access code that you will use to vote on the contract.
On July 10, you will also receive an email from MK Election Services containing the same individualized access code along with a link to the online ballot.
Electronic voting will open at 9:00 a.m. on July 10 and close at 5:00 p.m. on July 27, 2026.
If you do not receive a postcard or email and believe you should have, please contact MK Election Services at 203‑403‑8401 to resolve the issue.
