The deadline to enroll in the MetLife dental plan is Saturday, October 31, 2026.
If you miss this deadline, you will not be able to make this change until September 1, 2027.

If you do not have your new 9-digit Benefit Trust Fund ID number, please contact the Benefit Trust Fund at 800-877-3863.
