Dear Colleagues,
After the university ran the compression analysis for this year, your Buffalo Center Chapter learned that all clinical faculty had erroneously been excluded.
This impacted almost 200 of our members.
The Chapter worked with the university and had a new run done for everyone in that title.
Earlier this week, clinical faculty who were found to be compressed received retroactive compression payments. As soon as we receive the updated compression roster, we will send it out on the list serve.
Thank You to thank the clinical faculty member who analyzed the data we shared, and brought the problem to our attention.
