• UUP Cortland requests an up-to-date copy of the University’s Budget.

• Updates on the status of the Vice President for Finance and Management, and the Associate Vice President of Human Resources.
• Gray DI consultation and recommendations
  1. United University Professions reminds the campus back when UUP and Administration last discussed the consulting agencies’ charge; it was narrowly defined as a charge of finding areas of growth and revenue generation; it did not include recommendations of cost reduction or staffing cuts. Is this still the case?
     
     
  2. Will the consulting firm continue to only give recommendations for growth and not recommend any areas of savings/reduction?
     
     
  3. When is the next planned meeting/training scheduled for Gray DI to review the financial dashboard components?
     
     
  4. What are the expectations for how the dashboard is being utilized by:
