| IDA application portal open 2024-2025 IDA award application portal opening. Click for More or click to register The 2024/25 IDA application portal will be open as of 10/14/24. This year the IDA will be split into 2 rounds. Round 1 will cover the period of 7/2/24 through 12/31/24. The application portal will be open 10/14/24 through 11/30/24 5 pm. Round 2 will encompass 1/1/25 through 7/1/25. the application portal for round 2 will open in mid-January. Any round 1 activity reimbursement request applied for must commence and be completed within the time frame of round 1. There is a maximum limit of up to $2000 annually for the awards and a maximum number of up to 2 projects allowed. The IDA annual award period is from 7/2 through 7/1 this period does not sunset and is not dependent on whether or not we are in contract. As in the past, all documents must be submitted online through the portal. The UUP office will not accept any documents. It is preferred that the applications be completed electronically and not handwritten. Illegible applications will be denied. Please ensure that you comply with all published guidelines (available on the portal) and documents are uploaded with the files named in the indicated format. This message applies to all HSC, Hospital, dental school and Long Island Veteran’s Home represented UUP employees. It does not apply to the west campus.
