As you know, the UUP Contract Ratification Vote is underway! Voting closes at 5:00 PM on Monday, July 27, 2026. If you have not done so already, please take a moment to vote.
Active members of UUP, who were members in good standing as of June 4, 2026 (the date the State/UUP tentative agreement was reached), are eligible to vote.
Emails went out on Friday, July 10 with the subject line “Vote now: UUP – UUP 2026-2031 Contract.” That email includes a link to an online elections system, administered by MK Election Services, and an individualized access code that will allow you to vote.
All eligible members of UUP were also sent a postcard mailer to their home address with the same voting instructions and access code.
If you believe you are eligible to vote and have not received either an e-mail or a post card with voting instructions and your access code, please call MK Election Services at 203-403-8401 or emailuupcontract@mkelections.com.
The results of the ratification vote will be announced after the balloting window has closed. If you have questions about the tentative agreement itself, email contract@uupmail.org
