The UUP Benefit Trust Fund is ringing in the new year with a new enhanced active member life insurance benefit! This life insurance is effective January 1,2022. MetLife is now the carrier of our life insurance benefit, which has been increased to $10,000 for active members and remains at $1,000 for retirees. Along with this great benefit, is the Travel Assistance Program which replaces the Unum Travel Assistance Program. Additional enhancements include WillsCenter.com, Funeral Planning Guide and the Delivering the Promise Program. This plan, as well as its enhancements, are all offered at no cost to you as a member of the United University Professions.
