The Governor’s Office of Employee Relations (GOER) and United University Professions (UUP) announced the allocation of funds for Individual Development Awards (IDA), and the committee is now accepting application submissions for activity between July 2, 2025, and July 1, 2026. This program is intended to assist eligible employees in the UUP bargaining unit in developing their full professional potential and in preparing for advancement by funding professional development activities.
