In follow up to the Workplace Civility Survey, your UUP Buffalo Center Chapter will be hosting a Members Only Workshop on Preventing Workplace Bullying.
Workplace bullying is a pervasive issue that can have a profound impact on individuals and organizations. This workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of workplace bullying, its various forms, and strategies to combat it effectively ultimately helping participants to gain knowledge and skills needed to create a respectful and inclusive work environment.
