Your UUP Buffalo Center Chapter is in need of volunteers (1 Professional member and 1 Faculty member) to serve on the Individual Development Awards Committee, a joint Labor/Management Committee. This committee is responsible for administering and reviewing the individual development award process offered by UUP. This committee is made up of UUP members who will work with management to determine how the awards are administered.

The Chapter Officers/Board will then review the applicants, select the committee members, and notify everyone that volunteered who was selected to serve on the committee.
