On behalf of the UUP Appendix 48 Advisory Committee members and UUP statewide officers, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to all those who joined the committee at last week’s open forum. The session was well attended, and the Advisory Committee members took away quite a bit of information. We also appreciate all the comments sent by those who were unable to join the session participants, and look forward to digesting the input received from all. For those who joined us from other bargaining units, we especially want to thank you for sharing your experiences, and we will be passing along your suggestions for a future comprehensive SUNYLA state of the profession survey to the appropriate organizing body via our committee’s liaisons in the near future.
We encourage all those who have not had an opportunity to take the survey to please do so as your comments and interest will ensure the future success for all!
