Mary Phillips-Becker has joined the UUP Benefit Trust Fund as a customer service representative.
Phillips-Becker comes to UUP with more than a dozen years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping and office administration.
“Mary has worked in customer service for most of her career, providing quality assistance to a large customer base,” said Doreen Bango, manager of UUP Members Benefits and Services. “Mary’s experience is exactly what we’re looking for in the Benefit Trust Fund—a person with extensive customer service and telephone skills. That’s not always easy to find. UUP takes pride in the service we provide our members.”
Phillips-Becker graduated from Niagara University in 1995 with a major in criminal justice and a minor in psychology, and later earned her certification in medical transcription.
