The newest LEAD Institute workshop is : “Dealing Effectively with Difficult People“
The registration period for this workshop is from March 30 – April 10th and it will be available for viewing from April 13th – April 18th.
The workshop is ideal for anyone looking for ways to help them professionally or personally with finding ways to cope with difficult defined personality types, be they demanding and hard-charging, or demure and introverted.
