About a week ago, I announced our goal of connecting at least 10,000 times with our congressional members before Feb. 15 to urge them to approve President Biden’s COVID-19 stimulus plan.
One of those ways is to send an e-letter calling for them to quickly pass Biden’s plan. The link to that letter is HERE.
While we are getting closer to our goal, we still have more work to do.
On Friday, Feb. 5, we invite you to attend a virtual meeting hosted by our Mobilization and Outreach Department. Sessions will be held at noon and 4 p.m. You can sign up to attend one or both of the sessions HERE.
At the meetings, Mobilization and Outreach members will discuss how to use a UUP social media toolkit to make direct connections about the Biden stimulus plan via social media. You can view the toolkit HERE.
The meeting will also focus on ways to talk with other members and get them involved in this initiative.
Chapter leaders, I strongly encourage you to have at least one member of your leadership team at these meetings.
