UUP President Fred Kowal on TV tonight, radio tomorrow

Dear Colleagues,

UUP President Fred Kowal will discuss UUP’s 2017 legislative agenda on television and radio, tonight and tomorrow respectively.

Fred will appear on “Capital Tonight,” New York’s only statewide political TV program tonight at 8:30 p.m. The show airs at 8 p.m. on Time Warner Cable (also known as Spectrum); it will be rebroadcast at 11:30 p.m. You must be a Time Warner/Spectrum subscriber to view “Capital Tonight.”

He will appear at 11:45 a.m. tomorrow (Feb. 7) on “The Capitol Pressroom,” a daily one-hour live radio program broadcast from the state Capitol in Albany. The show airs at 11 a.m.

In both interviews, Fred will discuss UUP’s legislative initiatives, including the urgent need to hire more full-time faculty at SUNY and fully fund the University and SUNY’s state-run public hospitals and health sciences centers.

“Capital Tonight” is carried on Time Warner Cable systems north of Westchester County; that includes the cities of Albany, Binghamton, Buffalo, Poughkeepsie, Rochester, Syracuse and Watertown. Check your local listings to see what channel the show airs on in your area.

The show will also be available on demand on Channel 1020 except for the Hudson Valley area, where it airs on Channel 1111.
