SUMMARY:Professional Performances & Evaluation Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Humanities Bldg - Room 1051\n\nUUP Professionals and their supervisors should be familiar with their respective rights\, restrictions and responsibilities under the Performance Program and Performance Evaluation framework developed bilaterally between United University Professions (UUP) and New York State.  This workshop will primarily cover performance programs and performance evaluations\, but will also briefly touch upon managing workload changes\, promotion and salary increase request procedures\, and professional development.  The content of this workshop is important both for supervisors of UUP Professionals as well as UUP Professionals themselves.  Participants are encouraged to read Appendix A-28 to the Agreement between UUP & NYS prior the workshop\, at http://uupinfo.org/negotiations/pdf/2016-22TA-ratification.pdf
