Negotiations are beginning to heat up as we push for a strong, on-time contract. The latest Negotiations Bulletin is now available on UUP’s Members’ Only<\/a> website. It includes detailed summaries of recent bargaining sessions on health insurance, job security, retrenchment, due-process protections, and artificial intelligence\u2014all priority issues in this round. Please also see Seven Steps for a Strong Contract<\/a>, which outlines concrete things members can do now to help us get the best contract possible. We\u2019ll continue to post regular, detailed reports on progress at the table as well as actions members can take. If you are having trouble signing on, please call 518-640-6624.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want all UUP members to be educated, unified, and ready to take action to deliver the contract that we need and deserve.
