The New York State/United University Professions Joint Labor-Management Committees (NYS/UUP JLMC) is pleased to announce that funding for the Individual Development Awards (IDA) Program, which was negotiated pursuant to Article 21 Statewide Professional Development Committee, of the 2016-2022 Agreement between New York State and United University Professions, will be allocated to campuses for the period of July 2, 2021 through July 1, 2022.

The IDA Program is intended to assist eligible employees to develop their full professional potential and to prepare for advancement. Employees may be awarded a maximum of $2,000 for this award period.  Funding may be awarded for up to two projects or activities for the award period, not to exceed $2,000.  The total amount $2,000 can be spent on one activity or split between two activities-a separate application must be filled out for each activity, up to two for this period.
