Negotiations are beginning to heat up as we push for a strong, on-time contract. The latest Negotiations Bulletin is now available on UUP’s Members’ Only website. It includes detailed summaries of recent bargaining sessions on health insurance, job security, retrenchment, due-process protections, and artificial intelligence—all priority issues in this round. Please also see Seven Steps for a Strong Contract, which outlines concrete things members can do now to help us get the best contract possible.
