About a week ago, I announced our goal of connecting at least 10,000 times with our congressional members before Feb. 15 to urge them to approve President Biden\u2019s COVID-19 stimulus plan.<\/p>\n
One of those ways is to send an e-letter calling for them to quickly pass Biden\u2019s plan. The link to that letter is\u00a0HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n While we are getting closer to our goal, we still have more work to do.<\/p>\n On Friday, Feb. 5, we invite you to attend a virtual meeting hosted by our Mobilization and Outreach Department. Sessions will be held at noon and 4 p.m. You can sign up to attend one or both of the sessions\u00a0HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n At the meetings, Mobilization and Outreach members will discuss\u00a0how to use a UUP social media toolkit to make direct connections about the Biden stimulus plan via social media. You can view the toolkit\u00a0HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n The meeting will also focus on ways to talk with other members and get them involved in this initiative.<\/p>\n Chapter leaders, I strongly encourage you to have at least one member of your leadership team at these meetings.<\/p>\n
