Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ballots are currently being sent out to you to vote in the upcoming Chapter Elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please pay close attention to the Instructions for submitting your ballot.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The included postage paid envelope must reach the P.O. Box address given by 5 p.m. on April 21st.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chapter has been notified of additional individuals who would like to be considered for positions, yet their names will not appear on the official ballot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russell Crispell<\/strong> is interested in the position of Chapter Officer for Retirees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Professional Ballots Only: Olga Crombie<\/strong> is interested in the position of Professional Delegate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These individuals should be considered as a \u201cWrite In\u201d vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind that you cast a \u201cWrite In\u201d vote, this vote counts towards the \u201cVote For Up To ___\u201d number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members can add more than one \u201cWrite In\u201d vote. Please make sure that your \u201cWrite In\u2019 votes are legible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a reminder, when tabulating votes for Delegates:
Members who receive 5 votes are eligible to be a Statewide Chapter Delegate.
Members who receive 10 votes become Chapter Board Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
