Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout New York State, UUP members repeatedly raise workload increases as a major point of concern. However, workload pressures impact UUP members with supervisory duties in particular and sometimes complex ways. Join UUP Vice Presidents Carolyn Kube and Alissa Karl, and NYSUT Staff Director Jeremy Ginsburg to discuss how workload pressures \u2013 and the workload of others \u2013 impact chairs and supervisors, and strategies for applying union values to managing both their own workload and the workload of others. This workshop is open to all UUP members but is primarily designed for those with supervisory duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
