As a reminder, the vacation day cap (40 days) will be put back into place on January 1, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAny such unused excess vacation credits as of the close of business on December 31st, 2022 will be forfeited by employees.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The MOU signed between UUP and SUNY is attached.
