Political action conducted by UUP is NOT funded from dues, but is instead paid for through voluntary contributions through VOTE-COPE, which is the Committee on Political Education, the non-partisan political action arm of New York State United Teachers.
VOTE—COPE solicits and accepts only voluntary contributions. Contributions or gifts to VOTE-COPE are not tax deductible.
