Many thanks to our Chapter Bylaws Revision subcommittee–Amanda Merritt, Colby Harvish, Wayne Lempka, and Mathew Swerdloff–who took the time to review and propose revisions to our Chapter Bylaws, which were last updated in 2017. Their proposed revisions were reviewed and discussed at several recent Executive Committee meetings, and the end result is presented here for the consideration of our members.

We will be holding a general Chapter Meeting on Friday, March 28 at which the membership will have the opportunity to comment on and to vote on these revised Bylaws.

The PDF posted here includes a color-key to indicate the changes/additions/etc made in the proposed revised version of the bylaws.
