A new 15- to 20-minute survey is being conducted by UUP to gather information about members’ experiences regarding workplace behaviors and interactions among SUNY employees that could affect job satisfaction and success.
UUP’s goal is to better understand members’ perceptions and experiences and to identify ways to best support and improve conditions for UUP members at the campus level and across SUNY. The survey results will be used for future initiatives and reports. They may also be helpful for chapter and state-level Labor-Management discussions.
The survey can be taken anonymously. It is intended for all UUP members – UUP Professionals and Academics in all categories of employment (part-time and full-time contingent employees and employees eligible for or already with tenure/permanence).
