It has come to our attention that a UUP tenured academic employee in Arts &amp; Sciences was given the option to voluntarily take a 4\/3 load in exchange for reduced scholarship sometime in 2027.<\/p>\n<p>a) What procedure was used to determine that this tenured academic employee was insufficient in scholarship?<\/p>\n<p>b) was the new procedure instituted without bargaining?<\/p>\n<p>2. UUP\u2019s response to Draft Emergency Closing Policies Chapter 490, 490.01, proposed by Management 18th of March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>3. UUP has shared the Lecturer Review Committee feedback on the workshop on portfolios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Procedures for Outside Law Enforcement Agencies<\/p>\n<p>a) What kind of training does UPD receive?<\/p>\n<p>b) What on campus are identified as public vs. private spaces?<\/p>\n<p>c) What occurs if masked and armed non-uniformed outside law enforcement agents come onto campus?<\/p>\n<p>i. Would the campus go into a lockdown?<\/p>\n<p>2. How many Bias, Harassment and Discrimination reports from students against UUP employees were filed in 2025-26?<\/p>\n<p>a) Do we have any demographic information on the UUP employees named?<\/p>\n<p>3.
