Recently, UUP has negotiated a Memo of Agreement with regards to COVID Testing for UUP Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The MOA states that each university should consult with UUP representatives with regards to the implementation of this MOA. The university has failed to do so, prior to sending out notices to our members. Please be aware of the following clarifications and your rights as a UUP member:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. If you are working 100% remotely, you do not have to participate in the testing. If you receive a notice that you were selected for testing, please respond back to Mark Coldren, indicating this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. If you do not have the necessary equipment (university issued cell phone, iPad, Laptop) to complete a registration, or bring to your test, those conducting the test will have one available for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
